Not good UPDATE #4-Final
I'm losing the baby. I was up earlier and felt a gush. I thought it was from the suppositories. But then I started cramping and checked...blood. Heavy and lots of clots. I'm waiting for Dr. B to call me back. I'm so sad and angry.
UPDATE: inconclusive. I'm 5w2d right now. I went in to the office this morning and they did a sono. He did see a sac, but it was too early to tell much more. The blood work will give us more answers. I had my lat beta on Tuuesday, so we kinda know where it should be today. I don't know. Would the sac still be there if I was miiscarrying?
The cramping was like bad AF cramping and I passed a couple of clots the size of meatballs. But that has all subsided now and I have only been spotting since 10 or so. I don't know what a miscarriage at this stage would feel like.
Thank you for all your prayers, I still need them. I'm going to try and rest while I wait for his call.
UPDATE #2: still inconclusive, but not looking good. Beta was 1800. My last one was 702 on Tuesday. It should have been at least 2800 today. Even though Dr. B said that when they're higher than 1000, doubling slows to 72 hours. At 23dpo, 1800 is LOW. I have to wait until Monday for a repeat, but I know where this is going. Weird thing is I stopped bleeding and cramping completely. FML
UPDATE #3: He saw nothing in my uterus this morning, so it's pretty much over. Of course now we have to make sure it's not ectopic, so hopefully the numbers went down. I'll speak to him this afternoon. This today and now my kitty has stopped eating (he had cancer and then a clean bill of health 3 months ago)...vet appointment this afternoon. Typical fashion for my life, find out 2 pieces of devastating news in 1 day. Thanks for all the prayers and positive thoughts.They have really helped me keep my head above water.
UPDATE #4: hcg back down to 250. I think this was it for us. I'm still ready for more, but DH isn't. And I had to do some serious convincing after IVF#3. You can't make someone want to do something that they don't want to do. So...yeah.

I'm praying it's not what you think. I had the same thing happen to me and it turned out to be a blood clot and the baby is still fine at almost 37 weeks.

i had heavy bleeding, clotting and cramping thru out my whole second trimester, the fact that he can see a sac in there is good, they baby is still in there. I pray and hope it all turns out well for you!

OH no. I will pray for you.
FYI: I had a m/c about the same time and they did not see anything on the u/s and I hadn't even bleed as much as you are saying. I agree with PP the fact that they saw a sac is a good sign. It could be a vanishing twin. Many people bleed during pregnancy, especially with IVF.
