Nose Bleeds
Over the past week, I've had a running nose (always happens to me with the weather change). Well I've had more blood than usual. Is this common with pregnancy?

yup, normal because yoru mucous membranes swell during pregnancy as well as a 55% increase in blood volume.
Also, if you put the heat on recently your mucous membranes may be drying out. Try putting a humidifider in your room when you sleep. Other than that, ALWAYS keep some tissues in your purse. I get them all the time.

I never had a nosebleed in my life until I got pregnant. I have had about a dozen so far!!!

OMG I signed on here just now to ask this specific question. I just got out of the shower and all of a sudden had a nose bleed! First one I've had in a long time...

I've never had a nosebleed in my life, well thoughout this pregnancy I've had them CONSTANTLY. Dr said its totally normal...

I also read that it's normal... I haven't gotten a nose bleed, but I do see some blood when I blow my nose particularly in the morning.

Yes my first pregnancy all of the time. I bought my humidifier right off of my registry and that helped tremendously! For my second pregnancy I hardly got them though.
