nipple flow

When do you change the nipples on bottles? DD is 1 month so do I change from newborn nipples to the one month ones? She uses avent bottles.

I don't use Avent, but I think I remember seeing that they recomend changing them every month. That said, the nurse we took a baby care class with said every 3 months. I haven't changed mine yet, and it's 3 months! As long as they appear okay and she isn't having problems using them, I wouldn't worry about it much.
