Night light
Does anyone know where I can get a cute kids night light that actually works well? We bought a mickey one in Toys r us and it doesn’t even light up the room at all.

My DS has the Twilight Turtle that he loves to turn on every night. I think it shuts off after 45 min though so if you're looking for something to stay on all night it wouldn't be good.

We picked up a pack of LED nightlights in Costco a while back and I use them in my kids rooms. They are pretty cool, they change colors, or you can keep it on one of 7 colors, steady. Obviously, the white light glows better than say the red or green, but my kids love having it in their room.

We just have the ones that turn on at dusk and turn off during daylight or when you turn the light on. It does light up the room though.

I have the Turtle as well. I find that it does not light up well at all. It is so cute, but I have it up so high on an armoire and it still barely lights the ceiling. I have changes batteries. Maybe I have a bum turtle!! Right now I just use it as a door stop!!

DS's bedroom is dolphin themed, so we have this as a nightlight in the hallway just outside his room.
It's one of those lightning balls in a dolphin shape. It's a little too much motion for inside DS's room, but it's just the right amount of light for us to safely get to his room at night, and for him to get to the bathroom.
