Hiya ladies! Just thought I'd pop on and give a quick update. I'm hitting 38 weeks on Saturday and of course, now I'm ready for baby boy to make his appearance (After hoping/wishing him to stay in for the last 7 weeks!!) lol
He's VERY low and I'm still fully effaced and 2cm dilated. I went for a growth sono yesterday b/c my belly has been measuring big--he's right on target to be a 9lb baby. He measured at 7lbs4oz yesterday. I have a LOT of amniotic fluid though---so I'm going to discuss that with the doc today at my 38 wk appointment. It measured at 22, but "dangerous high" is considered 25, so I'm not too too worried about it.
It's definitely very uncomfortable to walk, stand, bend, etc...these days, but I'm just so happy to have made it to this point. At least I can walk around again now and enjoy life a little...instead of being home-bound and bored out of my mind!
It sounds like we're going to have a few more early birds for February! I still can't believe it's almost here! Time really flew by.
Congrats again to our new Mom's (even though you're technically January Mommies....you're still a part of our group!!!) And good luck to everybody here.
Congrats on making it to 38 w!

Just got back from the doctor- I am 38 weeks tomorrow- we did not do the internal but they said next week at 39 weeks they would.
DD is head down and very low- heartbeat sounded great...
However I asked about the pooping problems I have been experiencing and she said it was not normal- that if it continues that I should call them and they will want a stool sample brought to the lab... pretty gross- so I hope it goes away!

Had my final OB appointment this afternoon!
Everything looks good (she doesn't do internals, so I have no idea if I'm dialated or not), I even lost 2lbs.. go figure?
I will be checking into the hospital at 9:00 pm on Sunday night to start the cervidil and will be induced on Monday.  I asked her to explain the entire process to me, and quite honestly, I'm terrified to say the least! I cannot believe this day is just about here! My countdown says 3 days/7 hours!

I had my almost 39 week app and no dilation
I don't see how because I am so crampy, and uncomfortable! Ugh I can't wait!
Funny I lost two pounds too.

I can't believe we are all almost there. The heartburn was really bad this morning hence why I am up at 5:00am!!!!!!!! I guess I have to get it used to sleepless nights soon anyway 
Pre Surgical Testing is this morning at 9:30 and then my c-section is all set for Monday 
I am super nervous about having another c-section but sooo ready to meet my little girl

WOW! Good luck MRSRbk and 5ofClubs!!! Sounds like your babies may have the same birthday.  . That is so exciting!!!! Can't wait to see pics!
I am 37 weeks this weekend. My back is starting to hurt and my hips a little bit. At 30 week sono baby measured 4lbs with a slightly big head. Next week for my 38 week sono they will measure his head and weight again and determine if I need a c-section due to his size and since I'm little. My doctor said they scedhule the c-sections between the 39th and 40th week so I could have a baby in 2.5 weeks! crazy! Best of luck to everyone. I can't believe our month will be here in 2 days and some of us already had our babies!

wow all the updates sound great ladies! i'm so glad to hear them all!
I'm in full nesting mode. I have been cleaning and straightening up like a mad woman.
I also started doing light exercise- i want this baby out!!! my dad's bday is Feb 3- it would be nice to have him then even though he will be 2 weeks early. My FIL and the godfather share a birthday of Feb 11, so that would be nice as well!! We'll see, he's going to come when he wants!!
all of the baby stuff is washed with the exception of the clothes- my mom and mil agreed to wash the clothes while i was in the hospital.
any more ideas to induce labor besides bd'ing, walking and squats??

So exciting to have a few of mom's having their babies! It makes it so real- I rush to the computer each morning to see if there are any new developments
Just back from my doctor and still 2 cent. and 80% effaced. I was like this for three weeks with my DD so I realize it means nothing. My doc also left for vacation today so I actually would like to wait until he returns on the 10th.

I cant believe it today was my last OB appt. Next thursday i will have my baby in my arms. I cant believe it. Im nervous, anxious, sad, excited. All these emotions are built up inside. We have officially finished all the tasks today cleaned house and just awaiting our bundle of joy. At doc today i had a internal (dont normally cuz im a scheduled csection) turns out im 100% effaced no dilation. She said he is head is very very low.. not sure if thats a good thing but im sure that has a lot to do with why im so uncomfortable. We had an NST and that was good as well, baby had no decels. I just cant believe we are all nearing the end. Congrats to all the feb mommies that just delivered.

I was due Feb 13th and I am still hanging out- no progress...
If DD doesn't come on her own, my induction date is Feb 27th, so I feel like I will be around forever!

Nope still here past due.. and no sign of induction either b/c cervix too long. I go back again Thursday to see if any changes.. if in some miracle my cervix shrunk he said induction friday.. but hasnt changed in the past week so dont see it changing now.

i'm still here.. i'm due tomorrow..
my induction is scheduled for 2.24 just in case. i have been having contractions on and off for a week. last night i had 4 and i thought that was it, then they stopped. ugh. so frustrating.
i wish all the mommies good luck!
