New building by Smithaven Mall on 347...?
I'm drooling for the Whole Foods to go in where the old Sports Plus used to be. The LA Fitness only takes up half the lot so....
But NOW there is a new building right on the corner and it's smallish and purple but with no sign. I go by constantly, no sign. What is it?!? Can't be a Whole Foods. Could be a Starbucks but it's purple...?

I saw it last week...for some reason I thought it might be an Outback. I remember Outback having Purple somewhere on their building.
Or- I'm crazy. lol
ETA: OK- I googled pics of the outback and I'm crazy.

I checked on the website but all its says is coming soon!!  so is Christmas but at least I have that date!!

I am DYING for that Whole Foods! Hopefully construction stays on time. I know the building adjacent to the Whole Foods (not connected) will be a Jared Jewelers.
ETA: Layout - one of the builldings will also be Bank of America even though there is one around the corner!

It's actually pretty small though. I don't think a pharmacy or restaurant would have enough room.
And from the looks of that plan, there's no entrance right to that business so I don't think it would be a fast food place or a coffee shop.
I can allllllmost see the name of it in the corner. The maroon red label with the white letters.
Suz, you're saying the one on the bottom left will be a Jared's? That would make more sense, with the size of the building.

I think its going to be a Jewelry store. Im 90% sure. (that Jared's place..ya know the annoying commercial "oh he went to Jared  )
eta: i saw a PP said it was going to be the jewelery store. I spoke with a broker I know and thats what he said it was going to be.

Yeah - bottom left is Jared's. Top left is Bank of America. I think there is still a small store next to BoA and the lot in the same building as Whole Foods & LA Fitness.
I was REALLY hoping for a Panera Bread! Originally there was one slated for Lake Grove, but now it isn't planned anymore
