Need veggie recipes
I'm on day 2 of the cabbage soup diet. I'm looking for some vegetable recipes. I can only use a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar per day. I already used 1 teaspoon to sautéed some mixed squash and green beans with garlic. I'm looking for some more suggestions because veggies are part of the next few days.

Need veggie recipes
Roasted portabella mushrooms. I grate some garlic on the top. If you wrap in foil, you shouldn't need much oil. If you steam spinach with a little water and some grated garlic, again, don't need too much oil as long as you don't mind strong garlic.

Essentially it's a very low calorie, high fiber diet for 7 days. It's not necessarily a permanent loss, but you lose up to 10lbs in a week. My SIL wedding is next week and I just wanted to lose the extra weight I gained this summer.
