Need recipe for bone-in Pork Roast

Does anyone have one? I checked on line and they seem confusing because they say take roast out of oven to sit then put pack in at a lower temperature because it will overcook with the bone in.

I cook any pork roast (bone in or without) on a low setting and usually all day or I'll put it in the night before.. I cook it covered with aluminum and only take it off the last 30-45 minutes which is when I cranked it up to 450 to roast up the out roast
