We used AAA when our cesspool collapsed after Sandy  . I think they're located in Smithtown, but I could be wrong about that. They were very professional and did good work...no complaints.

We used them recently as well.
we use them often....we have to have cesspoll pumped every two years

Not sure if you still need a recomendation, but we used Bill Mallins and we were very happy with them.

I learned a lot about cesspools this past year. I Probably know too much about poop nowadays as far as I am concerned lol and I interviewed what seemed like all of the Suffolk county cesspool companies. We ultimately choose Dart's cesspool in Centereach. I can't rave enough about them. They abandoned our old tank and set up,a new septic system. It was a huge job with plumbing changes and it was all done in a day. Tom is the name of the owner. He is the person we dealt with. He is also going to be our excavator for the pool we are installing any day now. Very knowledgeable and professional man. Feel free to fm for any additional details
