WORD! A friend of mine does this when she's writing to me...how annoying!!!!! I ignore her e-mails due to this.

I hate it when people try to sound educated and clearly misuse words. It bothers me to no end!
I cannot be around any knuckle- crackers. It hurts me to listen to this!
I hate it when people polish their nails on the train, especially when sitting next to me. This happened to me a couple of times when I was on a Greyhound bus in college and for 3 hours all this girl did was her nails- finger and toes!

and the parent says NOTHING
yesterday this kid brought his basketball into a womens clothing store- and bouncing it on the hard floor over and over and over again...my headache turned into a migraine in about 2 seconds...i had to walk away

If we are talking around the house things.....a pet peeve of mine is when my cans in the cabinet are not facing out (front of the lable) ...or my cereal boxes have to be from tallest to shortest ......I know im ocd
Should've married my ex-boyfriend. When he asked me to put the labels facing out, I told him he could put the groceries away.

when the cashier at the supermarket gives you back your change and puts the coins ON TOP of the dollar bills so that when she hands it to you, the coins go sliding EVERYWHERE and then they take the next person and you are scrambling trying to pick up your coins as the next person's food starts coming down the belt on top of your change and you just stuff evrything in your purse which you dont have time to zip closed cause the person behind you's pushed your cart out of the way to make room for theirs and all your stuff (including your wadded up bills and change) falls out as you try and push your basket away.....
ETA: When people call you and say "WHO's THIS?" before saying hello...YOU called ME, you tell me who YOU are!

When people say any of the following things...
1. "with this..."
2. when people add an R to "idea" --> idear
3. "not for nuthin, but..."
4. when my MIL says "shop and stop" instead of "stop and shop" (the store)
5. when people chew loudly or tap anything; slurping soup... or ANY funny noises made when eating
I'm sure I'll add more...
