I know you have been to doctors about this problem before and I agree that its a good idea to maybe get a 2nd opinion?
But also, not to throw more information out to you - a lot of times, so many diff. medical conditions "mimic" heart/coronary problems, so it cannot hurt to get a full workup done by a physician. I went through some issues last year that made me CONVINCED I was having heart problems (it also runs in my family very extensively) and it turned out that I had a severe case of acid reflux/GERD ... often some of the sympomts of reflux mimic chest pain so that people often think they are having heart problems (like I did!) I was put on medication and it took about 3 months until I felt better again.
OF course, this might not be similar to what you are going through, just figured I'd offer you another suggestion
