My Mother Passed Yesterday...
I know a lot of you were aware that my mother had gotten sick two years ago with stomach cancer. She had surgery back then and then went through chemo and radiation. During the process, she developed some digestive issues and needed to be treated for those in the last year. Then, over the last six months, she just started to give up her fight....she didn't want to eat anymore and she struggled with a lot of her treatments.
She finally lost the battle yesterday morning. I am in such shock - I never really thought she was going to die. The Drs. were so on top of her, that I really thought they were going to help her get well. I keep waiting for the phone call to update us on how she's doing...I feel like it's a big nasty joke...

I am so sorry. Went through the same exact thing w/my FIL last year, and my grandmother 10 years ago. Stomach cancer really blows-so sorry
