My MIL just called me- Hot house deal!
lol...we drove out there
bidding starts at $295- and there is a reserve price
pretty funny consdiering I know for a fact that the house has no been touched on the inside- still orginal 1977 everything
we were going to offer $320K- and flip it- but once we saw the reserve price on the sign- we left

Wow, my aunt and uncle used to live right near there off of upper sheep pasture.
$295K is an UNBELIEVABLE deal for that area.

ive seen a few in that area that are doing "auctions"
there was one in E. Setauket - bidding started at $325K - apparently no one bid or they didnt make the reserve and its on the market for $399 - for a while now.
