My DH lost 60 pounds in 3 months..
MEN!  He did NutriSystem and now he is only eating a granola bar for breakfast, a salad for lunch and then a healthy dinner. I am happy for him because he is feeling better but isn't it dangerous to lose so much so fast?

My problem with things like this is...you don't change your eating habits and attitudes. I need to change my habits so this would not be good for me.
My hairdresser did this and she looks great - the problem I think is keeping it off afterwards.

It's ideal to lose weight slowly...
However, the more you have to lose, the more quickly it comes off...
My cousin lost that much in 3 months as well- but she was easily 100 pounds over weight.
It's all proportionate- when you have 20 pounds to lose it takes MUCH longer.
Plus- remember that men have more muscles than women- and hence burn fat faster.

Tim has lost 30lbs doing NOTHING! And I think he gave those pounds to me!
