I have lost 2 pounds since Monday...
I started Nutrisystem and as of this morning I have lost 2 pounds. I love this diet. The food is decent but I love how everything is all ready. I don't have to do much.
I am soo lazy
I just wanted to share

How does the food taste? How long do you have to commit to them for? I am thinking of trying it.
What do you do if you go out to eat or to a BBQ?

So far the food has been ok. Nothing to write home to mom about
I don't like their muffins but that morning I had a banana and an apple and I was fine until snack time.
There is no commitment. You have to buy the food for a month though. I bought it through QVC. They have a program where it is weekends off. It was much cheaper and I don't eat much on the weekends so I thought it would be a good choice.
I am not sure what you do when you go out. I haven't done that yet. I will read the book and let you know

I believe you can buy as much food as you like (you can do 2 days if you want) but it's a better value, you get a free week and free shipping if you buy the four week supply.

I'm so jealous!
I've been starving myself and dieting like a crazy woman for four weeks and the scale hasn't budged!!! Maybe I'm losing inches, b/c my clothes do feel a little bit bigger on me, but I haven't heard one compliment from anyone!
