How many miles on the car? Can it be considered a lemon?
I don't know it has about 33K
My Dad made me send them a copy of the letter I sent to the owner last time- he said they don't like dealer complaints

I was reading thru all those complaints and it helped me remember every problem I have had- I wrote them all day- 7 in total

anytime - I think 24k is the top mileage for the lemon law

I read to my serivce manger from the cosumer affairs website and he said he never heard of 230 having problems
wait till he sees my folder
friday at 5pm!

Sorry you're going through this. I would definitley go straight to the owner if you've already had conversations with him. They should definitely work with you to either buy out your lease or find you another car.

LOL That would be nice but I don't think those two classes would be a comparable trade
