How long was your hospital stay after your c-section?

I was in for 3 days but i was given the option to stay another night if i wanted.

I went into the hospital on Sunday night to be induced. I had the c-section tueday morning and was discharged saturday. I could have gone home on friday but I was still in too much pain.

5 nights including the one when I delivered (my kids were all born in the early AM) With my 2 c/s I had toddlers at home so I opted to stay the full time allowed.

3 nights, 4 nights and 5 nights... each time getting progressivly longer with each child.

Had DD on Friday at 5 pm and went home Tuesday.

4 nights 5 days....because I developed and infection at the incision site and was kept on IV antibiotics for an extra day.

I had DD at 6:23 on Tuesday, and went home Friday. I would have stayed until Sat, but OB said I would get more rest at home and he was right!!

4 Nights 5 days......and I developed an UTI and they were going to keep me another few days, but I so wanted to go home....now I wish I stayed! LOL..I haven't slept through the night yet!

4 nights.

That doesn't include the day I was induced - or the night that I had Jack (2:44am)

ETA: I could have left after 3 nights but had a dog and was worried about her jumping on my incision.

4 nights. I had DD late Friday night (10:20 pm) and went home Tuesday morning. I seriously did not want to leave. I had a private room (the whole hospital did) and everything was taken care of. I could call someone if I had a question. My meals were all brought to me. ahhhhh...those were the days.

I gave birth at 11 pm on Thursday and was home by noon on Sunday.

4 nights the first time...but actually more like 5 since I arrived at 2am the "first" night. The 2nd time I stayed for 3. I had a private room which was around $500/night, so my DH evicted me Truth be told, I was ready to leave anyway...I missed me some Katherine.

had c-section Sunday and was released on Friday, but I had eclampsia so my blood pressure was high and I had a fever, otherwise I would have been released on Thursday.

I stayed 4 nights total. First child. Doctor said I was good to go after 3 nights, but I stayed a 4th because insurance paid for it.

Had DD 9:19am on a Friday, we went home Monday afternoon. 3.5 days 3 nights

4 nights 5 days - my water broke at 2:00 a.m. Monday and i was admitted at 6:00 am. DD was born 12:18 a.m. on Tuesday and we went home Friday...

I had my DS on Tuesday morning and stayed until Saturday afternoon, so 4 nights/5 days.

4 nights 5 days, i had to ask to say an extra night because DH was so sick with the flu that I was afraid to bring the baby home to his germs!

I went in monday night for the induction to begin....dd was born tuesday afternoon and I was released on Friday afternoon

so 3 nights after dd was born, 4 nights total
