I think if she ditched the cardigan, it would have looked a lot better.
It just looked very weird on TV with the waist band and the cardigan.
She should have thought that through before she selected a sleeveless dress that she might have had to cover up her arms.

I didn't like it at all. It was very harsh looking. It was better than some of her other fashion choices she seems to be mutton dressed as lamb a lot.
The girls are so cute. This is just my thought but I don't like seeing little kids in all black. They have all of adult hood to wear it to work everyday.
