Menu for 8 month old w/Milk Allergy

Curious to know when did you start yogurt? puffs? eggs?

Doctor said that puffs were a chocking hazzard sine she is so young - and to continue w/jarred foods and cereal.

Was anyone able to try anything different?

We have been making her food - pureeing chicken/beef etc. and vegetables and fruit -

and what age did you start giving some finger foods.....

We tried oh soy yogurt at 9 months. Puffs around 8, they pretty much melt in your mouth and you can always break in half. I think eggs around 8 -9 months, but I am not 100% sure on that one.

You could also probably try pastina, that is really small.
