sorry!! here you go :)

Makes a little over 3 dozen if you use a standard cookie scoop, makes about 6 dozen if you use a rounded teaspoon.

Cookies:
1.5 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter, softened
1.5 cups packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Ganache:
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

Combine 2 cups of chocolate chips with 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted (you can do it in a double boiler instead if you have one).

Beat 10 tbsp. butter in mixer on medium until fluffy. Add brown sugar and beat until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time until combined. Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Use cookie scoop or rounded teaspoons and bake 2 inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes (for teaspoon size) or 10-11 minutes for cookie scoop size. You want the edges to be solid and the tops to crack a little bit. Cool on wire rack.

Make the ganache: In small saucepan, combine everything but the chocolate. Bring to just boiling and then remove from heat and pour on top of the chocolate pieces. Let it stand for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.

Dip the chocolate cookies into the ganache. Find random foods around your home that you think would taste good dipped in ganache and dip them (pretzels, chocolate chip cookies, candy bars, etc). Eat remaining ganache. Chat Icon

ETA: They are the cookies in the middle!
