Low Sperm Count
Need some advice please....
DH test results came back that he has a very low sperm count. Can this be fixed??? Can I still get pg despite this low count??? My GYN has referred dh to a urologist. Any advice you all can give me would be greatly appreciated. TIA

There are many medical reasons for it. Does he smoke? Smoking can lower the count. My DH saw a urologist for low sperm "shape" and she did a full exam. They know what they are doing and can suggest what to increase vitamin wise to help or whether nothing will help. They will tell you point blank if he can get your PG naturally or not, at least ours did.
In case you need one, we saw Sarah Girardi in Manhassest, she specilizes in Fertility in men and my RE reccommended her,

there are many things that can be done to improve sperm count, and yes you can still get PG. how low was the count?

Thank you all for your advice. DH does wear boxers, does not smoke and has been on a health kick for a while now.
His count was 5 million and the doc said it should be about 40 million.
Thank you dm24angel for the recommendation. However, we live in CT. My doc recommended someone here. Unfortunately, he does not have an opening until August.

I don't know anything about this but my mil of all people told me to tell DH to stop wearing his phone on his belt. Sh said she heard it was bad for reproduction.

I have heard to wear boxers too, and also, only BD every other day instead of every day.

5 mil is NOT low. At least not to some Dr's. When we get 25 mil my Dr thinks that beyond phenomenal.
Its on the low side maybe but SO not impossible to work with..not at all!
