Low Temp???
I took my first temp this morning and it read 96.8 with a Basal Thermometer. I am on cyle day 5. Is it bad to have such a low temp??? Could it mean something??

my temps are low also. i went to get my thyroid checked out because it sometimes indicates a hypoactive thyroid but as in my case, the doctor said some people just have low temps.

How was your temp today? If they are consistently that low it can't hurt to have some bloodwork done just to be certain, but I wouldn't stress too much just like the prior poster said it could be nothing!!!

My temps are low as well and I have had my thyroid checked and nothing off. I think everyones different. My waking temps pre-o are around 96.9-97.3 and after about 97.7+

Thanks for asking, actually my temp went up to 97.1 and today it was 97.5.
Seems like everything ok.
