Low Carbers - Snack Ideas Please!
Going to a GTG at a girlfriend's house tonight. Any good snack ideas that others can enjoy too? (besides cutting up pieces of cheese)

vegatables and f/f dip or hummus
baked chicken cutlets cut up and a side of honey mustard dressing (cut up pieces of chicken, dip them in egg whites then a little breading and bake for about 20 mins or so at 375 degrees). If you don't want to bread it then dip it in garlic and parm cheese
the obvious... different cheeses
mini hotdogs without the buns (you can even buy heathier lean turkey dogs and cut them up)

Veggies and dip
Parmesan chicken fingers with blue cheese dip and hot sauce (one of my faves)
mini antipasto tray (cheese, olives, peppers, cold cuts)
Goldi's fave- deviled eggs!
