Low Carb Dinner Ideas
Any have any low carb/pref. low fat ideas for dinner...ps---no seafood please!

I have started using spaghetti squash instead of pasta. It is low fat and much lower in carbs.

and spaghetti squash tastes DELICIOUS. I LOVE IT
go to the produce section and buy YUKKA.
It tastes like potatoes with hardly any carbs.
you cut it up into french fries- and then bake them.
or, you can cut it up, put into microwave and put molly mcbutter on top.
take a chance and try it, so yummy!!!!1

yucca is good. I eat that a lot in the Caribbean.
