Lots of cramping today
Ive been having a ton of cramping off and on all day. Im 34 weeks and not sure if this is normal. Ive been drinking lots of water and taking it easy. Any advice?

Normal. It's your body getting ready for the "real" contractions. Of course if it becomes intense and extremely unbearable always call your doctor. Otherwise, this is really normal.

I know that drinking water is good! My SIL is a nurse and she said to drink lots of fluid other than that I dont know mama just want to give you a hug
