Lots of AF cramping last night
is that normal? or should I be worried? I don't have any bleeding or spotting, just cramping.

Its totally normal.
I felt like AF was coming any second for about 2-3 weeks after I got my BFP.

Totally Normal (says my DR) I am 5 weeks and I swear AF feels like it will be here any minute. I told her how bed it was she said "You Try gingerale...its been relieving some of my cramping/nauseas.

My doctor said it could also be due to dehydration so make sure you drink lots of fluids!
