Does anyone wonder why Sun is so interested in the flashfowards in Whitmore? Do you think w/ the whole time travel thing she is trying to go back in time and save her husband ?
LOL...sorry if that sounds stupid.
She said "we have common interests" - not sure if she meant Ben, the island or her father and his company.

Michael betrayed those on the island and therefore could not die...remember how many times he tried and couldn't in NY?
So I think since he was thinking of others and returned to save them...Jacks dad said "You can go now" meaning he could finally die.....which he probably did

I thought it was disappointing and a waste to come back, only to get beat up a few times and then killed. I felt like it was sort of pandering to some fans who wanted to see Michael punished.
TV Guide: Were you disappointed Michael and Walt didn't reconnect before your character died?
Perrineau: Listen, if I'm being really candid, there are all these questions about how they respond to black people on the show. Sayid gets to meet Nadia again, and Desmond and Penny hook up again, but a little black boy and his father hooking up, that wasn't interesting? Instead, Walt just winds up being another fatherless child. It plays into a really big, weird stereotype and, being a black person myself, that wasn't so interesting.

In one of the episodes this season I think it was the episode we find out jin is dead. She said she blames two people for his death. I beleive one is Whitmore since it was his boat not a hundred percent on that.

You can't say that Jin is dead for certain. The date on his grave stone was the date of the plane crash and we all know Jin survived the plane crash.

In regards to Jin hope he is on Daniels raft....but where in the world is that raft? Maybe he was within the perimeter of the island and moved with it

Anyway Michael is def. dead. They confirmed in the trades today that he accepted a role in a new pilot ABC show called The Unusuals.
And wow to his statement

Yeah there was also an interview on ew.com with "Michael" where he says he was rather disappointed with how his character was written back into the show and how he was now "killed."

I think Michael's (well the actor's) assessment of the sterotypical black fatherless child is off. I think that it was hard to keep walt in the story since he aged much faster then the others.
as for desmond's vision - could he have told him that to make him feel better about his mission?

I agree about Harold Perrineau's (sp?) assessment of his character's story line. Way off. I had read a couple of seasons ago that he was having difficulty with contract negotiations and that's why he didn't return to the show. I agree, they couldn't keep Walt on the island for 4 seasons and have him age 4 years in a time span that was supposed to be 108 days or so.
Desmond's vision: Good guess. I might go back and watch some of the DVD's to refresh my memory about a lot of stuff.

What I would like to know is when the oceanic 6 are "found" they tell the media that there were 8 but 2 didnt make it. Who are those 2?
Overall good episode. I wonder from what perspective they are going to show us next season.
