ya know, I never realized it, but after years of cooking, I've never cooked roast beef myself 
I would recommend any recipe with good reviews online.... how about jamie oliver's?

I don't think you necessarily need a recipe as such, you just need to calculate how long you need to cook it for. I usually just smear my roast with mustard, stick it in the oven for the right amount of time and pray!
