LIF'er PAY IT FORWARD

last month LIgrlatheart (christi) did a wonderful thing for me. she bought something on ebay for me, that my account was restricted from (because i don't have enough feedback). it meant the world to me.

today, i have started to pay it forward and help another LIF'er.

has anyone else had a LIF'er do something special for you? has enyone reached out to you when they didn't need to?

let's start a thread of all the warm fuzzy things we do for one another.

Let's stard with Erod who formed the Debg fundraiser.
Then there is Juney, Moe, Flee, Christina (again), Wasky, Don, Boosh, Ron & Liz and a former friend and poster who helped DH and I take a trip before the treatment madness started (was an AMAZING time)
and a ton of people like Lisa, old college friends and such who donated for raffle items at the fundraiser.
I know I didn't name everyone, please forgive me, I think everyone who did anything is special and amazing.

eta- drr forgot to add janet who gave me tickets and Barb who does photoshoot donation sessions

The girls from "Infertility" who have supported me through the last three years no matter what they themselves are going through.

Donna, Karacg, Mrsmck, LisaW and anyone else who donated to my brother's fund last year and brought stuff for the garage sale. To this day, the generosity overwhelms me

when my grandmother was breathing her last breathe, i had some amazing support from everyone. pumpkin, luvbob, shanti and janet would send me fm's and other people as well. that's something i would never forget

-DonnaMarie- is watching my DD while I go to cardiac rehab on Mondays. My rehab ends mid-November. She is doing this for free so that I do not have to pay $50 for daycare to watch her (for two and a half to three hours). Money is tight with my medical bills and all of the cr@p going on at my job right now.

She also made a few meals for my family when I was in the hospital having heart surgery. Keep in mind, I meet her on here (LIF) and over time we became friends IRL.

Donna, thank you again.

Also to everyone who sent me FM's, , (from NFR & Parenting), before and after my surgery. Your prayers and well wishes meant more to me than words can attempt to express.

BabyAvocado helped me out in a major way. She knows what that is. Thank you again!!

Barb(nrthshrgrl) has taught me so much about photoshop and I truly appreciate everything she has done.

Janine helped me out with getting the photoshop...she's awesome. She also kept a pic of Jared that I sent her a year ago. I think that's sweet.

Meltoddjulia is just a great friend and has a wonderful playmate for my son and I'm so glad we're friends.

I hope I'm not forgetting anyone....

WOW -- ok IF girls who supported and encouraged and educated me. Donated about 8K in meds to me for my IVF -- then threw me a shower when it all "came together!" (Gertyrae, MrsMck, LisaW, CAT, Red, halisa, leighla, rose825, dm24angel, Donna, Diane...)

Luvsun sent me maternity clothes! And recommended a lawyer.

Barb did my wonderful announcement and christening invites! Plus the class she gave on photoshop...

Lorimarie has taken a gadZILLION professional pics of DD. She is amazing...

I have traded formula with so many people on the board. Oh and pugmama, for lending me baby stuff, and seles and pugmama for halloween costumes

Book club ladies for sharing an evening every single month to gtg and laugh and talk and whatever!

My personal book fairy.

And lots of other favors....I can't even name them all!

I have so many very amazing and special friends from LIF....

A wonderful LIF " Infertility success" shower thrown by the ladies Kara mentioned above....One of the best memories I have...

Tons of books borrowed, coupons sent, things lent...etc.

The Home Board has been my savior throughout the buying process.

Lorich in particular helped by getting me involved with LIHP and has provided me with so much helpful information and conversation since.

Chikita and MrsNaunie have been so generous with their neighborhood information, advice, and recommendations!

Last but not least, SuperKat, KittytheStray, Whamtastic, Rojerono and Jennie0898 have listened to me obsess over every detail of this process and not complained about it once. I appreciate that ladies.

Bxgell2 read my resume and writing sample and helped me edit them. I have never even met the woman! That's aside from all the wonderful advice she has given me.

The one that really sticks in my mind is a poster who hasn't posted in over a year..REDSTAR..

She helped me out so much through the whole TTC process, with charting, testing, etc. She answered numerous FMs for me. We FMed each other constantly.
I still don't know what happened to her

The ladies on the Parenting board are truly amazing as well. The "Coupon Swaps", Barb's Pics..All amazing women whom I love "Chatting" with.

The Infertility board has been a real lifesaver for me...with lots of advice and great girls that I can truly call friends.

Lorimarie gave me a case of formula back in the day (thanks Lori )

Jennasmom and I used to go to the gym all the time and she supported my weight loss goals.

CathyB is always sending me coupons, gifts, etc. She is an awesome friend.

Lisa was my inspiration to get my surgery and offered me so much advice/information and support.

Debbie/Jamie is/was always there for support and offered to babysit, etc. when I was in crunch periods at home. Debbie has given me clothes/shoes, etc.

There are alot of kind/giving women on these boards

Lulugrl(sp?) sent me a huge box filled with TTC stuff when she got PG. It was so generous. I was planning on passing it on when I get PG but I have fueled a pee on a stick obsession instead!

LaurenEXP for making me laugh at least once a day. You are the bomb L!

Redstar was also my hero with TTC and fertility issues. What a smart cookie. I haven't spoken to her in a while but I have TONS of respect for her

Sharon/ Deb G for helping me get through my PPD. When no one else truly seemed to understand what I was going through- they tried to help

Lisa/KellyFG/Red for teaching me about scrapbooking. Though I still sux at it. I still love it and hope to get back into it (If you have never seen the talent of these ladies you are missing out- their pages are INCREDIBLE!)

Marissa, who always has my back

Barb for helping with my daughter's christmas card when she first came on this board.

and many others who have always been there behind the scenes lending support or an ear. They are very loved and appreciated!

eta. Now that I know about it...
Sumlynmad & all of the women that threw me a surprise GTG & gave me a gift I've always wanted (a new camera lens). I'm still floored over it.

To the book club ladies - for a great time every month and for opening my eyes to books I would probably never have picked up myself.

There were some people who were VERY helpful when I was told I would most likely have a miscarriage

Barb- for teaching me everything I know about photography, and helping me to improve my skills...

Def all my Sept/Oct 05 mommies, they were there for my pregnancy and are still always here to listen/give advice.

Jamie- Always being there when I need to blow off steam

Stefanie- for always being an ear to listen, and offer some great advice.

Rose825- For always offering great advice and support when it comes to my family.

Wendy1220- She helped my family in so many many ways!!!

PrincessP- for being a great friend and neighbor
