does it bother you at all sharing a locker room with someone that could potentially have the same attraction for you that a man could?
I ask b/c I saw something today that made me think of it.
ETA: when I change, I use one of the two changing rooms provided. I don't strip down unless I am getting more than a look out of it.

I'm not particularly comfortable getting naked in front of any women- whether they be lesbians or not. So gym locker rooms bother me a little regardless.
Now that you mention it though- yes that is a little freaky come to think of it. I never really thought of it before.

I used to do theater. I have changed in front of everyone in the strangest places. Male or female, I didn't have time to care.
But then, I'm only going to strip down to the bra and underwear if I'm in a locker room. Because, male or female, you're not gonna see all the goods just like that.

ditto. i dont even go into fitting rooms that are just open spaces with no doors! thats too much public exposure for me!

i used to go to the gym with my co-worker. I later found out she was a lesbian. It sure changed how I felt. I tried to not let it bother me.

OMG I can't believe you brought this up! I used to go to a gym where there were several ladies that would wait for me and then parade around naked. One time as I was leaving they tried to block me in the parking lot and give me some sh!t because I totally ignored them!

whether you are flat as a board or rubenesque...you could be tickling someone's fancy as you blow dry your hair.

I am super unhappy with my body so I would be uncomfortable changing in front of ANYONE. I normally change IN the bathroom stall.
If I loved my body - I wouldn't mind changing in front of a lesbian.
Changing in front of a man would be different only becuase I am attracted to men and it just feels like it would be disrespectful to my husband for that reason...

No - are you attracted to EVERY man just because you are attracted to men in general? I mean, if you were watching men get naked - you may be attracted to one or two - but not all - and the chances of you finding a man attractive in that scenario may be small anyway - same thing with changing in front of a lesbian. Chances are that you are her type where she finds you attractive may be small!!!
(I am speaking generally, of course - Jessica - you are evryone's type!!!)
And, even if she did find someone attractive in the locker room, she will probably be discrete about it.
hell, there are women I've seen in gym locker rooms that I would throw down and totally do - I mean, they are at a place where they are working on their bodies - and some you can defintiely tell work their butts off - and they are hot!!! But, hopefully I've been discrete when checking them out!!!

Yes, I know what you mean. As they say "there is someone out there for everyone!"
I wouldn't mind sharing with a man. Or a lesbian. As long as they looky no touchy, that's fine with me.

OK - thats another story - but I have been leered at in a gym by men, and it made me uncomfortable as well - with my clothes on and sweating - so I dont think its a matter of who is attracted to who, but what they do with that attraction - I dont like to be leered at... if you can check me out and not be creepy about it, then its all good - but leering - gay, straight, or upside down, bothers the heck out of me!!!

see, that's the thing. and anyone is capable of it...but we separate men and women (presumably) b.c of this in locker room/nekkid situations...
but woman on woman/male on male are capable of the leer too...
