Leah Remini Files Missing Person Report for David Miscavige's Wife
Leah Remini, who left the Church of Scientology last month, has taken her concerns about the wife of the controversial religion's leader to the police.
A source confirms to PEOPLE that Remini filed a missing persons report for the wife of David Miscavige.
The wife of the Scientology leader has reportedly not been seen in public in six years. Church officials have denied that Miscavige is missing, but the King of Queens star, 43, was reportedly punished after she asked the Scientology leader why his spouse wasn't at the wedding of Katie Holmes and prominent church member Tom Cruise in 2006.
Remini has not revealed why she split from the church, but told PEOPLE at the end of July that "no one is going to tell me how I need to think, no one is going to tell me who I can, and cannot, talk to."

That vanity fair issue (that I bought with cash) explained it. It's soooooo F'd up!!!!!! I just picture her in some dark cave babbling about Thetans & Xenu.

She is a courageous woman. And I hope she has a damn good security system on her house. I think it would be too obvious if something happened to her, but these are sick people she is dealing with.

Or they paid off the police, or the head honcho over there is a scientologist. The LAPD are known for having scientologist high up in the ranks, and getting away with anything they want.
It is amazing to me that some cops say they have seen her less then 24 hours after the report, but offer no evidence but their "word"

Ooh very true, didn't think of that. I did think it was sooooo odd that there was no validation of her appearance., and that it happened so quickly. I've been vaguely following articles about Scientology and the Miscaviges and its absolutely insane to me that people still follow this CULT.

You need to watch the South Park episode of this. They draw all this stuff out in cartoons and at the bottom of the screen is giant flashing letters saying "THIS IS WHAT SCIENTOLOGISTS ACTUALLY BELIEVE".
ETA: And as far as Leah Remini- good for her. All it takes for this to continue going on is for people to stand by and do nothing.
