I used Dr. Donnenfeld. I got it down about 5 years ago and back then he was the absolute best in the field (my mom was a lunatic about this)

I went to the same place, and loved it. Still have 20/20 vision after 2 years!!
Had a different dr though. But they're all good there.

I worked there and saw the results of people. I totally recomend them. My mom is having Cataract surgery with one of them tomorrow.

Dr. Alexander Hatsis. He's been doing them longer than anyone on Long Island. He is the guy that people go to for correction of LASIK gone bad, but I chose to have him do my initial surgery. He testifies in LASIK malpractice cases. He owns his machines and to me that seemed better than using a doctor who works on a borrowed machine at a center. This is the # I found online.

DH went there as well. I can't think of the doc off hand, very German name.
Anyway, 3 years later and still has 20/15 vision better than 20/20!).
Totally recommend them!

i used Dr. donnefeld also because my mom wanted us to use the best - mine were done about 7 years ago, older brothers 8 years ago, younger brother about 5 years ago - all surgeries went well without a problem
I love not having to wear glasses or contacts
