Kylie Jenner gives birth to baby girl.
On Feb 1st. She announced today on IG.
Wish I could share what she wrote explaining why she never made an announcement. Very sweet. And I respect her for it.

“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” the new mom wrote. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. my pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself i needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way i knew how. there was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal i had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
“pregnancy has been the most beautiful, empowering, and life changing experience I’ve had in m entire life and I’m actually going to miss it. I appreciate my friends and especially my family for helping me make this special moment as private as we could,” she continued. “my beautiful and healthy baby girl arrived February 1st and i just couldn’t wait to share this blessing. I’ve never felt love and happiness like this i could burst! Thank you for understanding.”

True but if she really wanted to stay out of the spotlight and public eye then why post the video or anything at all?
I'm sorry I just don't trust that anything this family does is not perfectly contrived by their PR machine. (Aka their skank of a mother).

Exactly and if it was for “her daughter” then why post it for the world. Yea it was a sweet video but it was still a PR stunt. Ratings are all this family cares about

Good for her. I think if they wanted to make money off of this, they would have sold photos or something. I don’t care what they do really. I do think the family really sticks together. I don’t see reports that they are arguing, etc. I don’t see reports that they are falling down drunk and on drugs (immediate family). They have their “product” and they seem to make a living off of it. It’s part of the entertainment industry.
Any clues to the name? I saw something that the name was Butterfly.

I too see it as a PR stunt by Pimp Momma Kris. She had baby on Thursday. She could have released the info prior, or day, but she waited to SuperBowl Sunday. Figures.

I actually think it was one of the most mature things Kylie has done & super sweet. Her note regarding how the baby could feel every emotion made sense.. and I think Kris had nothing to do with this because if it was up to her, I'm sure Kylie would've (a) announced it on her app to make $$$ (b) released video on her app to make $$$ (c) sold photos of her pregnant to magazines to make money. I actually think Kylie probably went "against the grain" in doing this.

To “enhance the brand” they wanted to have another member of the family “break the internet.” They planned for the time stamp for her [private life event] announcement to be at exactly the same time as [the kick off of a big public event]. They thought they would disrupt all the attention away from [the big public event] and trend #1 and prove that they were bigger. Didn’t happen.
The time stamp thing is interesting and certainly appears to be deliberate. So, it looks like all those months of hiding and all those pleas for privacy were apparently just the lead up to a “break the internet” moment… that flopped.
