When you put your whole life out there like she does then you have to expect that there will be positive and negative comments. Unlike an actress who at least is making movies she is a reality TV star which means her life is pretty much an open book. Good for her that she was smart enough to market herself into making ridiculous amounts of money and people do watch and do talk about her (even bad publicity IS publicity) which in reality is only making her more money. But when you put yourself out in the spotlight like that you open yourself up for everyone to judge you. And the comments won't always be positive. Honestly I can see why people ask who cares - but I think when they are everywhere in your face (on the news, in the papers, on TV) that it makes people comment who might not otherwise.

To the OP. I understand your feelings. I think people come on here and just say negative things about celebs because they are people we do not know. It is easy to make fun of them, we do not know them personally. I bet 99.9% of the posters are on here are really awsesome nice people...so you shouldn't take what they say to heart.
Also, let's be honest Kim K puts herself out there (all of herself out there if I dare say), for the world to see. She makes her money off broadcasting her life, so it is no suprise people will pick apart everything she does.
Do I feel bad for her, eh, sort of. It must not be fun being publically humilated, however, she has really brought it upon herself.

I agree with this. I don't hate the girl. What she does with her life doesn't affect mine. I watch the show from time to time and I did see the whole wedding special. There were red flags all over. Kris saw them and still went through with it. Kim is the mastermind but it's not like she tricked anyone into that whole circus. It panned out exactly how she planned it to. Maybe she did "hope" it would work out but she def. went into it knowing that their hearts weren't entirely in it.

I didn't read this whole thread but bottom line, she makes a living by putting her life in front of the public ALL the time, so she can't be shocked when people start to think she is ridiculous...the funnty part is even now, she is walknig red carpets, doing interviews, it's not like she ran off to shield herself from the press. This is her life so I think she opens the door all the time for people to applaud or criticize or say what they will.....
On a separate note, I find it VERY interesting that other than a brief two sentence statement Kris Humphries has not bee nheard from or seen.....

I think she's awful. Just shallow, pathetic, superficial to an unimaginable degree... I mean with all that money she does absolutely NOTHING of value with her life. Her whole family is the same. It's pretty sad that this is the kind of person that some view as a role model.
And with this wedding... it's just the icing on the cake. Some people have to fight for the right to get married to someone they TRULY LOVE and want to spend the rest of their lives with and are and this dipsh*t goes and blows how many millions just to turn around and say aw, it didn't work out but I loved him just 5 minutes later.

Yes, everyday people make mistakes, but she lives her WHOLE in the public eye. (by her own choice) IMO she is being totally irresponsible with her power of influence that she has over young girls.

even when she got engaged and wanted this big wedding..i figured hey if i had money i wouldhave a glam wedding too
what turned me off from them was when i saw the registry...u r worth millions upon millions,getting paid for airing your wedding and you register??
that invite should have said in place of a gift please donate to one of these charities or something along those lines

This is true of a lot of people in NYC. They claim to be charitable, but they don't really do anything except shop, vacation, and write the occasional check when it will get them fame, credit, or entrance to an exclusive gala.
It's better that people write checks than that they don't (of course), but it's sad that they think that they are so charitable when they really haven't "given" their time or compassion, but rather have merely just bought another product.
