All of the gossip blogs I've read have posted that Kanye's former or current boyfriend is Riccardo Tischi, a designer at Givenchy and the man that designed Kim's dress.
Some people think that upon allowing Kim access to the Gala, Anna Wintour could have influenced Riccardo's design. Some people think Riccardo made a bad dress for Kim on his own, out of spite, I guess.

See this I TOTALLY buy and thought right away when I saw her in this hideous outfit.
I think Anna Wintour set this up to make Kim a laughing stock at the gala.
YES, Kim has had some awful choices in maternity wear BUT this dress - I don't buy that she put this on and thought she looked good. I think she was forced to wear this and I think Anna Wintour is sitting back laughing her asss off about all of this.
Her disdain for Kim has always been known. I think she was just being the coniving biotch that she is.
Not saying that Kim is any better for falling for this media sponge of an event. She could have said no, but clearly loves the spotlight - good or bad.

REPORTEDLY anna wintour felt that she is not a real "celebrity" and shouldn't have the privilege of rubbing elbows with the worlds A-list celebrities since she only became famous for a sex tape.
