just thinking ahead...insurance ?
probably a stupid ? -- I assume if DH would have to have any tests done it would go under his insurance (since we have separate insurance)

If going under each other's insurance is an option, you may want to check who's insurance covers what.
Maybe add him to your plan, if your insurance has better coverage.
