New cars are always fun... I just bought the new 2009 Honda Fit... and love it.. what did you get... .

OMG I love my 2007 Fit and want to trade it in for a 2009 Sport in Blueberry! What color did you get? Did you get the base or sport model? I'm hoping I can trade it in (mine has 50,000 miles ) and still have the same monthly payments....

My whole family at me that I won't trade up for a bigger car, like a van. I LOVE my Fit!

I have a sono and appt on Monday (so long as I don't get called for jury duty--keep your fingers crossed that I don't get called!) to see if my placenta previa has corrected itself. If it hasn't, we'll schedule a c-section! I'm kind of looking forward to getting some early eviction papers--I am feeling larger and just uncomfortable.

We are also closing on our new house the end of this month and sold our current home so I have TONS of packing to do!

I got the blue sensation pearl... in the sport model... I just love it.. Even with my second child on the way there is plenty of room..

Just had my monthly check up today. Get this... now the doctor says I'm measuring two weeks ahead! I knew I looked bigger than I was supposed to! So at 28 weeks, I'm measuring for 30 weeks! YIKES! Lets see, her h/b was good and strong, her head is down. I asked if I would be having a growth sono somewhere down the road and she said no, that I'm done with ultrasounds. So that made me kind of sad.

Nothing really to report otherwise. I still can't believe how close we're getting!! Hope everyone is doing well!

i just had my 28 week apt and all looks good.....the nurses and girls in the office couldn't believe i was already 28 weeks.....they said you would never tell

i still have no complaints, though.....so i count my blessings!

Wow it has been a while since I have seen this thread.

As for me, I am 30 weeks and my next appointment is on Thursday. I am going every 2 weeks now. I am feeling good. I am still sleeping well which is good also.

I had one small shower by my parents in Texas and my one at home is going to be in the beginning of May. The furniture is being delivered on Thursday.

The only major project that needs to be done in the baby's room is the closet. My dad and DH are putting an oragnizer system in there which they will do the first week in May when my dad comes up!



We start Lamaze next week and our hospital tour is at the end of the month. We are also taking Infant/Child CPR on April 30th.

I can't believe that we are getting so close!


ETA: We still have to meet with pediatricians. We have two names from friends but we need to see which one we like better.

I'm 30 weeks now. Here's a pic:


Nursery is painted, we just have to put together the crib, pick up the dresser/armoire from my sister and add a clothing rod for the closet (it already has an awesome organizer system because the former owner had it as an office). Oh and I'm waiting on curtain hardware to put up the curtains. Can't wait to decorate the nursery!

How are we all feeling? I truly can say I feel pregnant now- meaning, achy all over! But I can't complain, I love feeling in my belly all day! It is just soooo hard to get out of bed in the morning now.

Haven't heard from the hospital as to when our tour is...and we don't plan on taking any classes, we just watched Laugh & Learn about Childbirth DVD. Though I wonder if we should have signed up...

I have to look into a pediatrician now!

10 weeks, holy cow! It's all still so surreal!

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow. I haven't been to the doctor in about a month now. I go next week Thursday, and then I start seeing her every two weeks.

Our nursery is pretty much done. Just waiting to do those few finishing touches. But all the furniture is in, we got our glider, and the crib is all set up with the bedding. I ordered her wall letters so they should be getting here within the next week or so. I wont be having a shower unfortunately so we're just trying to pick up things we need here and there.

Definitely starting to get pretty uncomfortable. By the end of the day, my whole body is sore. I'm swollen from head to toe. I'm pretty much unrecognizable to myself. lol Since being in the third trimester, I've had nausea off and on which is strange but sounds like it may be normal when you get towards the end. Oh, and just recently, this past week I've been having a lot of joint pain, especially in my knuckles. Very strange.

I can't believe I only have about two months left. I'm sooooo nervous but so so excited all at the same time!!!

hey ladies! how we all doing? 52 days left and can't wait! I go to the Dr. every week now since last week, so sono's and nst. Yesterday we found out that I have a UTI and am dehydrated, never ends with me. so back to the Dr. again this week. how is everyone's babies doing?

i've been nesting like crazy... i THINK we are getting the glider today from Dave's mom...waiting for her to call...(they apparently don't have room).

growth sono today at 3:30 - so that'll be fun! i can't wait to see my wiggle worm again...(even though we had the 3d sono on Friday - she was rather not agreeable).

i'm feeling okay. BAD heartburn on a regular basis - i even woke up this AM to tinkle and had to take a zantac.... i have a feeling i'm going to wind up taking more than 2 a day (my doc said i can take up to 3)...

my hands are horrible - i have carpal tunnel in BOTH and they hurt....NOT fun.

i'm still down 2 pounds from my 10 week weight - thanks to the GD diet...so that's good...

i'm looking pregnant - but by no means AS pregnant as i am....so that's that...

Hello June Mommies To Be,
I am 31 weeks and my next appointment is on Tuesday the 21st,
I am going every 2 weeks now. I am feeling good. I am still sleeping well which is good but at time my hips kill me.
Still going to the gym with hubby on the weekends which is great and walking now at night with hubby and the dog.
My baby shower is next weekend!! Can't wait

I have a pediatrican interview on the 29th. We did a breastfeeding class at Stonybrook the begining of the month which was great. I can't believe how fast time is going by. 10 weeks is crazy

Glad everyone is doing well keep it up ladies!!

Hi everyone!!!

All is well on my end..sleeping much better now that I use the body pillow, and other than some discomfort and swelling here and there- Im feeling pretty great!!!

I scheduled my c-section for 6/4 and my last day of work is the Friday before memorial day (5/22)...Im looking forward to treating myself to a day of beauty and doing some extra special things with my older son during that week off...

Im also nesting.. Im an cleaning/organzing FREAK..
I have been washing DS old things little by little...



Infant carrier, bedding, blankets, bouncey...its all cleaned/washed and ready to go!!!

We cleaned out and washed the cars this weeked (along with DS#1's carseat) and installed the carseat bases (we Il's are moving and have been giving us all of out stored stuff...and we just dont have the space to store it)

Ive been trying to buy cases of diapers here and there, to offset the cost once the baby gets here...

And now I just need to buy the bath/tub, bottles, pump and few other misc items...

I hit the outlet a few weeks ago, and got GREAT sales- so Im pretty stocked up on clothing and stuff...

I try to get 1 more thing accomplished each weekend, and want to be completly ready by 36 weeks (since my 1st was born @ 37 weeks)

Can't wait to meet my new little man
