Ok everyone, I think 1 pm seems to be a good time.
Now we just need a place.
I do like the park suggestions, however I think that Port Washington and Eisenhower are pretty far for a lot of us Suffolk County people. Somewhere on the Nassau/Suffolk border may be better.
Any parks near there or do we want to do the food court at Sunrise?

See the Chilis in Farmingdae doesn't have a separate room.
No the locatipon hasn't been decided. I'm waiting on some restaurant suggestions. It. May rain on Thurs so I think a park may be out. Help please!

the only places i can think of are the walt whitman mall - but they don't have a food court (i think) or the sunrise mall food court...
as i'm not a long islander anymore - i don't know much else :)

They have a cheesecake factory. i think. we could do that, i think the earlier we go, the more accommadating the resturants will be.

the problem with a regular restaurant is all the strollers - unless we have a private room it would be VERY crowded...

you could probably see if any of the regular chain restaurants have a room to like the side, or something. if you call ahead with a count and say there are that many babies, they'll definitely tell you a yes or no right away. they'll just section off a part of the restaurant. at least that's what we always did when i worked in restaurants. count me definitely in though. do we have a list yet?
ETA: i'm a dummy and didn't look at the list on the first page :)

Ok ladies...I called 4 places and only one seemed super accommodating. They are going to call me back later today with a definite but it seems like TGIFridays in Huntington Station is our best bet.
I will let you know as soon as they call me back.
