In my opinion, I would never wear that to a wedding. Too much white.
Two people wore beaded white dresses o my wedding. I never noticed until I saw pics after, but it seems it was an uproar among some guests saying how rude it was

I don't think its too white at all, but it does look like a bridesmaids dress. I also think it screams spring/summer dress, regardless of where the weddings are.

Meh, just stating that it can come across as tacky and rude. It's really not that hard to find a different dress. General rule of thumb, if you have to ask if it's too white, it's probably too white.
