Is it safe to get a foot rub?
I know, stupid question, but my feet are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO swollen today from being on them all day and I was wondering if it's ok for JT to rub them. I HATE feet, posting this freaks me out, but I really need SOMETHING to be done ebcause elevating them isn't working. But I thought I read that a foot rub is not ok?

I don't know but I would imagine its ok as long as you don't have vericose veins sticking out.
(NOt kidding here, I got them with this pregnancy and if someone touches it, it kills.)

There are some pressure points in your feet that are supposed to bring on labor. This is what I was told so when I got pedicures they didn't massage my feet.
Just have him be careful and hoepfully it helps. I know when my feet were bad I had to drink lots of water and keep them elevated.

A normal foot massage is fine, just let the therapist/nail tech know you are pregnant.
Make sure they don't work too deep around the ankles. Foot massages are a pregnant woman's best friend...Don't deny yourself- just go to a reputable place!

I get them when I got my pedicures, which I do regularly. I also get them when I get massages. Why wouldn't they be fine?

If you do to a day spa, you can get reflexology done which is all about your hands and feet. It feels so good and you should definitely treat yourself.

when i went for a pregnancy massage the lady said there are certian points where you dont want to apply pressure becuase it can bring on labor. dont know if she was blowing smoke up my arse becuase she didnt want to massage my feet or not.
