Just a quick update from this impatient mommy to be, 36 hours in, cytotec and cervadil done, still only 1cm. They are letting me off all meds (except for BP) and monitors so that I can eat and relax then restarting tonight with pitocin.
How frustrating, but at least they are giving you a break to eat and rest! Good Luck I hope the pitocin kicks starts your labor so you can meet your little boy!

Eat as much as you can! You must be so frustrated but at least the baby has more time to cook in there - everyday counts! Good luck!

Ugh hang in there!!! It sounds like my induction. Not sure if you were planning on an epi but I was stuck at 3cm for over 24 hours (after already being induced 2 days before that) and was about to give up and get a c section when I decided to try the epi. I went from 3-4cm to 10 in 4 hours after. It's like my body relaxed and I was able to progress much much quicker.

So, little update, The catheter balloon and pitocin are working, 4cm as of just now. so a little longer but that is the best outcome we could have asked for for that part. Looks like things will progress a little quicker now.
