Snatched off her bike in broad daylight, bound with duct tape, then mysteriously released....

I heard this this morning, how strange. Thank goodness that she was released but what the hell was the guy's story? Did he think maybe someone saw him? Did he have a change of heart? What a weirdo. All I can say is thank God he's indecisive, for that little girl and her family's sake.
