10 year old riding her bike on her street and someone put tape over her mouth and drove away with her. somehow she got out a block and a half away. how scary is that?

really scary! It was on channel 7. It said the guy took her off her bike, drove like a block away and then let her go. Crazy!!!!

A couple of weeks ago a girl was almost kidnapped down the block from my sister in RVC. It is sooo scary!
