I'm trying to get back on track

So I started my exercise/diet/weight loss journey 2 weeks ago. But today I find myself slipping slightly.

While I have made diet changes in the way/what I am eating, I find myself this weekend not sticking to the plan & bingeing slightly.

Has this happened to anyone?

In 2 weeks I lost 8pounds (most I say is water weight) and I want to continue on the track but im finding it hard on the weekends without a structural day.

Weekends are hard because the structure is usually gone. Can you make sure that at least your dinners and/or breakfasts are healthy or make sure that you don't go out until AFTER lunch so that breakfast and lunch are healthy? I think going shopping is hard because you get hungry and need quick fixes. Can you bring some healthy snacks with you like an apple or vegetable sticks or even popcorn (without the buttery crap..make stove top with some salt and pepper).

Also, sneak in some exercise and look at it like a date...walk a boardwalk or around a park. Go for a bikeride.

It's also hard this time of the year because you can't count on the weather.

And remember that it takes time to make these changes habits.

dont' be too hard on yourself. I fall off track from time to time but try my best to start from scratch the next day when I've gone off my exercise/diet plan. You can do it and so far it sounds like you are doing amazing.

thanks ladies....i was bad on my diet today too, i went venturing into the city to chill and take pics around central park. However, it was tons of walking and a bit of a hike in some areas so i saw it as some exercise definielty Im too pooped out to do anything else today.
