Honestly, the only way you can know for sure is to test.
The temps during the 2ww don't mean much as long as they are above the coverline you have a great chance. I have seen many pregnancy charts with temps hovering the coverline.

Thanks redstar. i was at the RE this morning and he did a urine test and sonogram and the test came back negative and he said my lining looked perfect, so I guess on to IUI #2. It would be great to think that my BFP is just really late, I just feel so sad right now
