im just full of questions this morning....(? about deannas plan)
Do you mean between Cycle Day 8 and Ovulation????? To BD between CD 8 and Ovulation...
or OVulation and CD 8?????
im confused.
As you are trying, make sure to "release" the sperm in your partner at least once during the gap between ovulation and new cycle Day 8 so that no more than 10 days elapse without new sperm production.

I think you are supposed to start on cd8 and continue until ovulation.

Starting CD 8 (meaning 8 days after AF shows up) BD every other day. Then when you get your + OPK BD that night and then the next 3 nights after that. skip a day and then one more time.
make sure you dont go 10 days witout BD because it will be old sperm.

I think this means that during your two week wait/af/and the new cd 8 make sure you bd not so that you can get pg but just to keep stuff "fresh"

yes, you start BDing at CD8.. after your AF.. every other day.. then when you get the + its that night and the next 2..
