the two they have on the developers website at listed at like 795 and then a bit over 1 mil.
we drive past that buidling on Kent every time we are in LI. the view of the BQE is smashing

I am LOVING the Row Houses, and at about 250k....perfect investment price. there is tremendous BillieBurg overlap flooding that area....Bushwick will never be the same.
sadly, we waited to long and my favorite building has no apts that are not at least in contract

 that whole area is seeing revitalization like never before!
keep looking, they're building EVERYWHERE!!!! have you looked in Greenpoint? there are new bldgs going up in the Macarren Park area!
