I'm getting back on track too!
We had house guests and then took a trip to NY-I tried to make good choices but it was hard to resist real NY pizza AND bagels so I didn't do as well as I hoped.
However, I was back on track as of yesterday-did my Cardio Max DVD last night, watched my points.
Hopefully, I can mitigate the damage by Sunday's weigh in
ETA:
I need to memorialize my goals to hold myself accountable:
I want to alternate Cardio Max/30 day shred everyday for a month (8/27!) and hit 40 pounds by DDs birthday (8/14, and that would be 7 more pounds)
