Having a hard time getting back on track
January was so good for me. I lost 4.5 pounds. Then February was the Super Bowl and we went to Vegas. I wound up gaining. I am about 10 pounds heavier than my wedding (this past May). I need to get back into the swing of things. I need to start working out again. I just have no motivation to do anything.
Thanks for letting me vent.

You can do it! You just have to get a positive mindset and get started. Don't wait until tomorrow.....make the commitment and get underway....success is right around the corner!!!

Join the club, I'm about 12-15 lbs heavier than my wedding this past September. This month is giving me a little motivation since the weather is getting warmer.
