I'm breaking the rules today...
That's it - I'm going for a turkey sandwich. I haven't found much satisfying this pregnancy, and that's what I want. So today, I'm breaking the rules - turkey & swiss here I come!  I don't get listeria poisoning from it

if you want it that badly - your body needs something from it - plain & simple!
think of the rush of POSITIVE endorphins your body and baby will experience from the sheer joy of that food!!!!!!!!

Definately enjoy it! I did similar over the weekend but I was craving bologna & cheese! I gave in, everything in moderation, right?

I've been enjoying turkey and cheese the entire third tri... I was good up till now and it's all I think about. Honestly, if you get it from a good deli you're fine. Listeria happens when it sits for a while. As long as this is a busy deli you're ok and you can even heat it up a bit if you'd like. Trader Joe's also has healthy turkey meat that's so good.

I gave in Friday and got a spicy italian sandwich from Subway. Haven;t had that this whole pregnancy. It was heaven!
